RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all original branded boxes and dust included.

Packaging includes but is not limited to receipt, boxes, dust bags, etc.

Items must be placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

Please try shoes only on a clean and carpeted surface so that the soles remain unmarked.

Request for a return or exchange must be made within seven (7) calendar days of delivery date.

Items must be shipped within seven (7) calendar days of receiving return label from Bradshaw's.

A store credit will be issued for return or exchange requests after fourteen (14) calendar days of Bradshaw's receiving the order back. Please allow up to five (5) business days for returns or exchanges to be processed.

Store credits expire after 180 days.

Returns are not applicable to markdowns or sale items.

    REFUNDS

    Please allow up to five (5) business days after your order has been received back for refunds to be processed.

    Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.

    Refunds are not applicable to markdowns or sale items.

    We reserve the right to decline any returns that are worn, damaged, soiled or returned without the original packaging.
